LJ Hooker Nerang has capped off an outstanding year by being announced as a finalist of two categories in the Real Estate Institute of Queensland’s Awards for Excellence.

LJ Hooker Nerang was named as a finalist in the Large Residential Agency of the Year category as well is the Innovation category. It is the second time LJ Hooker Nerang have been named in the top residential agency category of the Awards, and the first time for the Innovation award.

Customer Service Manager Emily-Jane Megraw was awarded Corporate Support Person of the Year in 2018.

LJ Hooker Nerang Principal Shane Colquhoun said the recognition was the culmination of a momentous year for the office, which included being named as REBs Sales Agency of the Year – Regional, placing Top 5 in Queensland by RateMyAgent and winning the International Customer Service Experience Champion by LJ Hooker for the second time since the inaugral award in 2016.
 
Additionally, LJ Hooker Nerang moved from its home of 13 years in Lavelle Street, to a new, $5 million purpose-built facility in New Street where the team offers the Gold Coast’s leading customer experience in real estate.
“Each year we try and better our service record for our clients, and this year we had the added challenge of meeting that goal while managing the relocation to our new super agency,” said Mr Colquhoun.

“That was a massive effort, and I’m thrilled for our team’s efforts to be recognised by the REIQ.”

The finalists will progress to the next round of judging and winners will be announced at our Gala Awards night on Saturday, 16 March 2019.
